Clean and paint

I have a need to have about 100 m of guttering cleaned inside and outside, the white plastic Facia board cleaned and the area under the facia (about 500mmm wide) painted. About 40 m of this work is on the first floor (double story house). A 4 square meter under a balcony also needs to be pained.
